About us
Our vision is a world free of MND and we won’t leave any stone unturned until it’s been achieved. Since 2017, we’ve been funding, guiding, and enabling the smartest, most efficient MND research to catalyse a cure for motor neuron disease.
This is not a competition, but it is a race. Every project we invest in across our funding programmes brings us one step closer.

Competitive salary
A competitive salary, reviewed annually.
Pension
Enrolment into our Group Personal Pension Scheme with 5% employer contribution and 3% employee contribution.
Flexible work hours
Start and finish times around our standard 37.5 hours working week can be negotiated and flexible working patterns (including part-time) are considered.

4x base salary life cover, ensuring security for you and your loved ones.
Holiday allowance
28 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays (3 of which are fixed, the remaining 5 can be taken flexibly).
Holiday and bank holiday entitlement is pro rata for part-time employees.
