Each day will be a different route, some taking in the sights of Belfast, others along the Lough and North Down, but all are varied and relatively flat.
We are asking people to join the group for as many miles / days as they wish and for every mile you run, please donate at least £1 per mile to the JustGiving Page.
The event t-shirts are also available for purchase at £25 per top.

The 5in5 runners.
Stuart is the organiser of the challenge who grew up in Melrose, but now lives in Belfast with his wife and three children. A keen supporter of the Foundation and the organiser of the Great Rugby Cycle and Long Weekend Cycle.
This event is out of Stuart’s comfort zone as has never run one marathon to date let along 5 in 5 days.!
Former Northampton and Scotland rugby captain, Budge is aiming to run all five with Stuart in Belfast.
Budge joined Stuart on the Mizen to Malin event in 2019 and has not been a bike since, therefore Stuart was delighted to have Budge join him again on this event, which according to Budge is ‘right up his street.’
Now Academy Manager with Ulster Rugby.
Mark grew up in Scotland attending Merchiston Castle School, London University, and The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
He is a Munroist, mountain leader, diving instructor and a keen trail runner. Mark currently resides in Edinburgh running a successful residential agency business, Ellisons.
