My Name'5 Doddie Foundation Anniversary Awards Dinner

The My Name'5 Doddie Foundation would like you and your guests to join us for the inaugural MNDF Anniversary Awards Dinner. We are organising a night you will never forget! It's time to celebrate the accomplishments and achievements over the past four years and how the Foundation's commitment and vision to finding a cure for Motor Neuron Disease has changed the world.

Please join us for a night of excellent food & drink at the beautiful venue of Prestonfield House in Edinburgh, entertainment all night, and accompanying the Foundation core team and celebrity ambassadors.

We have a couple of table opportunities:

• Sponsorship tables of 10 are £5,000 (excluding wine, additional purchase after confirming table), and you have the option to purchase tickets to watch Scotland take on Japan at Murrayfield the following day.
• Tables of 10 are £1,200 (excluding wine, additional purchase after confirming table) and you have the option to purchase tickets to watch Scotland take on Japan at Murrayfield the following day.
