Clinical trial support in Manchester

Summary

Dr Amina Chaouch, consultant neurologist and co-director of the Manchester Motor Neurone Disease Care Centre will use this grant to enable her to have dedicated research time to deliver more MND trial activity and research infrastructures, engage with regional and national research networks, ensure effective patient and public engagement and facilitate MND research training for staff and students.

Why this funding is important

Through this funding, Dr Amina Chaouch will further support the set up and delivery of MND clinical trials in Manchester. As well as work on developing new studies promoting local, national and international collaborations.
