Clinical trial support in Sussex

Summary

Dr Andrew Barritt, consultant neurologist and Honorary Senior Lecturer, will use the funding to support 0.4 FTE of a clinical fellow with a further 0.4 FTE matched funded by the Trust to work within the Neurology Department and Clinical Research Facility to expand their MND trials portfolio.

Why this funding is important

This funding will greatly facilitate the department’s increased and sustained capability for a wider portfolio of MND studies.
