Welcome to Doddie aid

Doddie Aid is about more than just exercise. It’s about a community coming together to tackle MND.

Starting on 1 January every year, Doddie Aid is our five-week exercise challenge raising money to fund vital MND research.

From dancing in the kitchen to cycling across the country, any movement counts. You don’t have to be a professional athlete to make a difference during Doddie Aid. This is your challenge, so lace up your shoes, find your stride, and join the movement powering MND research.

About Doddie Aid

Doddie Aid is our ultimate community challenge. For five weeks straight, we come together across the world to make every movement and mile count towards tackling MND.
