Breadalbane, the trusted commercial finance brokers, have recently become a Gold Charity Partner for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, committing £25,000 to help further the charity’s aim of funding research to find effective treatments to motor neuron disease (MND).
Breadalbane is an independent commercial finance brokerage, sourcing the best finance options for SMEs in Scotland and across the UK. Jamie Lindsay, Director at Breadalbane Finance, said: “Doddie was a force of nature and left an amazing legacy to find a cure for MND. Anyone who was in Doddie’s presence for more than 10 seconds will have a story to share, such was the character of the man. We at Breadalbane are both proud and privileged to support the Foundation that is carrying on that legacy through their amazing work and want to do whatever we can to continue to raise funds, raise awareness of the disease and ultimately find a cure.”
Paul Thompson, Director of Fundraising and Communications of My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, said: “Our vision is a World Free of MND and partnerships with passionate organisations such as Breadalbane are vital to enabling us to invest in the most promising research to achieve this goal. This partnership will make a real difference as we seek effective treatments to MND and we’d like to thank Breadalbane for all of their support.”
