The Cambridge University Men and Women's Rugby teams undertook their annual charity matches in the beginning of the year, raising money for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.

The men kicked off the double header in the Doddie tartan on Wednesday 15th January, playing the Penguins, and
winning with a solid 31-15, complete with a hat-trick from full back Joey Gatus. The women followed suit - playing the Army on Friday 17th
January as their first evening and charity match, also donning the tartan shorts. It was a tough and physical game, that ended in a 24-24
draw and a lot of bruises! From evening bucket collections, short sales and a charity clothes swap, Cambridge University Rugby Club managed to raise £1,600 for the MNDF.
