IGNITE, a premium events, travel and lifestyle company providing first-class rugby hospitality experiences for all major rugby tournaments, have today announced the continuation of their partnership with My Name’5 Doddie Foundation for the 2025 Six Nations.
IGNITE previously supported the Foundation as a partner for the 2024 Championship, raising over £37,000 towards the charity’s aim of funding research to find effective treatments for motor neuron disease (MND).
Jamie McKinnon, Co-Founder at IGNITE, said: “At IGNITE Experiences, we are immensely proud of our continued support of My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. We are a place where the rugby family comes together to enjoy the Six Nations atmosphere, share stories in good humour, enjoy great food and maybe even a drink or two - that was the true spirit of Doddie.
“We have loads planned over the coming weeks to help raise much needed awareness and funds in the push to find a cure for MND, so watch this space.”
Paul Thompson, Director of Fundraising and Communications at My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, said: “Following a successful partnership with IGNITE for the 2024 Six Nations, we are excited to once again be partnering for this year’s Championship. We thank IGNITE for their continued support of the Foundation, which will make a real difference as we work towards identifying effective treatments and one day a cure for MND.”
