This year, the Highlands Golf Links Pro-Am, and their headline sponsor Tomatin Single Malt Whisky, are partnering with My Name’5 Doddie Foundation to help raise funds for motor neuron disease (MND) research.
The Highlands Golf Links Pro-Am is a three day golfing event, taking place from Monday 30 September to Wednesday 2 October at three world-class links courses: Royal Dornoch, Cabot Highlands and Nairn Golf Club.
Royal Dornoch regularly ranks as one of the world’s top courses; Cabot Highlands, home to Castle Stuart golf links, is top 50 in the world’s golf courses and has been home to the Scottish Open on four separate occasions; and Nairn Golf Club has recently ranked inside the top 100 courses in the world by Golf Digest, and is a host to many R&A events - including The Walker Cup and The Solheim Cup.
Tomatin has been the headline sponsor for the Highlands Golf Links Pro-Am for a number of years, and their strapline is: ‘To What Matters’. Tomatin help to drive the enjoyment and camaraderie of the game of golf, whilst also giving back to the local community and charities. For them, this is ‘To What Matters’.
