The Appalachian Trail
On September 20th, Pete and Ferg will embark on a 500-mile hike along the Appalachian Trail to raise money for The Brain Tumour Charity and My Name'5 Doddie Foundation. Covering roughly 20 miles a day, they'll journey from Damascus, Virginia, to Springer Mountain, Georgia, tackling over 110,000 feet of elevation along the way.
This trek is deeply personal for both. Pete’s father, Andrew, attempted the same hike in 1988, raising funds for Muscular Dystrophy. Now, Pete is completing the journey in his father's memory while supporting The Brain Tumour Charity. Ferg is raising funds for My Name'5 Doddie Foundation, honouring his grandfather, who battled MND for 16 years.
Their goal is to raise £5,000, split equally between the two charities. Follow their journey as they take on this incredible challenge to make a meaningful impact.
