Start the year with a spring in your step and gear up to move more. Whether you want to get in shape, shake off the winter blues, or just enjoy more time outside - Doddie Aid is your chance to set a goal for 2026.

What is Doddie Aid?

Doddie Aid is a personal exercise challenge that takes place from 1 January and runs for five weeks, all whilst raising funds for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation. Participants donate £20 to sign up with the Doddie Aid app, select a team to represent, receive an iconic snood and log their exercise miles.

Founded by Rob Wainwright, Doddie Aid is My Name’5 Doddie Foundation’s most successful campaign to date. Since 2021, over £6 million has been raised for MND research, over 100,000 people have taken part and more than 11 million miles have been logged.

This Doddie Aid, it’s not about how far you go, it’s about setting your own goals and giving them everything you’ve got. Do it for the runner’s high, do it for the step count, do it for the good vibes, do it for the kudos, do it because you want to make a difference. Do it for you. Do Doddie Aid your way. Click here to get the app, set your goal, and help us reach our goal: a world free of MND.
