Dr Jack Cunningham, Reader in Ecclesiastical history at BGU, will be leading a team of family members on an epic bike ride from BGU in Lincoln to his hometown of Letterkenny in Donegal, Ireland. The journey of over 300 miles will take them a week after a short rest in Liverpool. This journey is in aid of the Scottish Rugby player, Doddie Weir's charity, My Name'5 Doddie Foundation. This is a Motor Neuron Disease charity and Jack Cunningham has organised this marathon cycle fundraiser in memory of his brother Mark who died of MND in January.
