Guy's 100 miles

Guy Ford is running 103 miles from Chester RUFC to Abersoch Beach over the 20th and 21st of October. Guy has chosen to fundraise for My Name'5 Doddie Foundation alongside The Christie Charity. 

Guy has shared detials of his challenge below:

I have chosen to raise money for 2 charities on JustGiving, I have supported the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation for a few years now and along with with thousands of others have been inspired by Doddie himself when falling in love with the game of rugby and then more recently by Kevin Sinfield and his support to his great mate Robbie Burrow tackle this awful disease. Both codes off rugby and many other walks off life have been rocked by MND over the last decade and the more support we can offer the better.

Christies (The Christie Charity) is the second charity I have chosen to support, its is very rare to not know someone who hasnt received care or help from the Christie and as a family we have seen first hand the huge effect the Christie can have on people. The Christie Charity provides enhanced services over and above what the NHS funds. Gifts from the public make a huge difference to the care and treatment that The Christie is able to provide to patients and their families.
