We are raising money for MND. After my dad was diagnosed with MND 2 years ago, watching him go through this is really hard. He has lost most of the use of his legs and hands but he's still battling along and still got plenty of dad jokes to tell.

Our family and friends want to do something to raise money and awareness for MND.

Over 7 days we will be walking Hadrian's Wall from Bowness on Solway to Wallsend, 84 miles long.

There are currently no effective treatments or cure for this devastating terminal disease. It effects the ability to walk, use of arms and hands, speak, eat and ultimately breathe. 

The My Name’5 Doddie Foundation has two aims: firstly, to raise funds for research into the causes of MND and investigate potential cures, and, secondly, to make grants to sufferers of MND and enable them to live as fulfilled a life as possible.
