On 17th May, Iain will be turning 60! Iain wants to prove that age is indeed just a number, by taking on a Peloton Cycling Challenge.
Iain will be riding his Peloton (in Zone 2 for any Peloton aficionados) for at least 12 hours out of the 24 between midday 16 May and 17 May. He turns 60 at 0001 on the 17th, and will be posting regular updates on Facebook and his company intranet.
"I just want to prove that many ceilings we take for granted can be broken. In this case, we CAN beat MND, and the old view of 60 as 'past it' is no longer true!!".
