The South Downs Way
MND is a cruel disease, and sadly took Simon's Dad, Helen and Stephen's Nan, and other close friends of a team who have decided to take on a 50km walk to raise vital funds for My Name'5 Doddie Foundation. A close friend of the team, Helen Bailey, is also fighting her own battle now. Hear more from Simon as to why they have chosen to take on the South Coast Challenge below:
