The Fan Dance is the first major challenge facing anyone hoping to join the UK Special Forces - a 15 mile ‘TAB’ twice over Pen Y Fan, the highest mountain in southern Britain, whilst carrying a 16.5kg bergen plus food and water and wearing combat trousers and boots...all in under the selection time of 4hrs.
